Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tucson Roof Gurus website (tucsonroofgurus.com) and the roofing services provided by Tucson Roof Gurus ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 2954 N Campbell Ave #225, Tucson, AZ 85719.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Tucson Roof Gurus provides residential and commercial roofing services throughout the Tucson metropolitan area, including but not limited to:

• Metal roofing installation and repair
• Tile roofing installation and repair
• Shingle roofing installation and repair
• Flat roofing systems
• Roof inspections and assessments
• Emergency roof repair services
• Roof maintenance programs

All services are performed by licensed, insured professionals in accordance with applicable Arizona building codes and industry standards.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Tucson Roof Gurus are free of charge and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the conditions observed during the initial inspection and may be subject to change if:

• Hidden damage is discovered during the course of work that was not visible during the initial inspection
• The property owner requests changes to the scope of work after the estimate is accepted
• Material costs change significantly due to market conditions between the estimate date and the project start date
• Additional work is required to bring the roof structure into compliance with current building codes

Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated to the property owner in writing and must be approved before additional work proceeds. We do not begin work until a written agreement is signed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the written service agreement for each project. Generally:

• A deposit may be required prior to material ordering and project scheduling
• Progress payments may be required on larger projects as work milestones are completed
• Final payment is due upon completion and final inspection of the work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Arizona law. Failure to make timely payments may result in the filing of a mechanic's lien on the property in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes.

Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

Tucson Roof Gurus provides a workmanship warranty on all roofing installations and repairs. The specific warranty period and terms are detailed in the written service agreement for each project. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation performed by our crews.

Manufacturer Warranties

Roofing materials used in our installations carry separate manufacturer warranties. The terms, conditions, and duration of manufacturer warranties vary by product and manufacturer. We will provide you with all applicable manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

• Acts of God, including but not limited to severe storms, hail, tornadoes, earthquakes, or floods
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the roof by parties other than Tucson Roof Gurus
• Failure to perform routine maintenance as recommended
• Damage caused by other contractors working on the property
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by falling trees, debris, or other external objects

Scheduling and Project Timeline

Project start dates and completion timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tucson Roof Gurus will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon schedules and will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Work may be temporarily suspended due to unsafe weather conditions, including monsoon storms, excessive heat warnings, or high winds. Safety of our crew and the integrity of your roof are our top priorities.

Property Access and Preparation

By engaging our services, you grant Tucson Roof Gurus and its crew reasonable access to your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon work. The property owner is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area
• Moving vehicles and personal belongings away from the immediate work zone
• Informing us of any known hazards on the property
• Securing pets during active work hours

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Tucson Roof Gurus' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Tucson Roof Gurus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property contents, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation before materials are ordered: full refund of any deposit
• Cancellation after materials are ordered: deposit may be retained to cover non-returnable material costs and restocking fees
• Cancellation after work has begun: payment is due for all work completed and materials used to date

Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep the information accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the website.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tucson Roof Gurus, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our website.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
